I repeat, do not move to these apartments. They have breaking into cars. The office never cared about when I told them. They said they will take care of it. They never took care of nothing, they just tried to make themselves look good. They have bugs, roaches everywhere unprofessional now if new comments that says 5 star that means the office people putting 5 star comment so they can look good or not to loose business Please if anyone want to move in don't not an less u want problem sure go head move in i recommended not to ... read more

I had a good experience during my 2 years there my apartment was spacious they fixed whatever was wrong same day or the next and if more needed to be done it would be explained & what steps were needed to get everything fixed correctly also they put notes on your door to let you when they were coming around maintenance was professional, courteous, and friendly kept the landscaping/lobby looking presentable at the end of the day no apartment is perfect there is no such thing but they are willing to work with you and the break... read more
Place is like horses running around here roads is crap you got people breaking in cars not a secure area at all you got homeless people digging through trash everyday at royal apt I don't think residents want to see that and they don't do nothing about the you got roaches everywhere never took care of that at all Can somebody please do something about this property or will report to state I repeat, do not move to this apartment's.
