This place is a nightmare. Black mold is literally in every building. Nothing is fixed for months if not a year. We had a drain pipe from tub leaking into basement literally quarter size hole pouring from tub into basement room a year to fix and it was only fixed because we threatened to call health department. Maintenance overall try their best but do not have enough man power. Upper management do not care about anyone or anything except that check they get from you. DO NOT ENTER!!!!!!
They pay for heat but when its cold you still have to use your electric with space heaters or leave the oven,on to stay warm because its still literally freezing in the apartments all they care about is collecting money and oh wait still black mold everywhere too and nothing being done besides a lot,of wasting of air of them blowing smoke up everyone's ass's
We moved in 2 months ago, and we have nothing but positive thoughts about it so far. Quiet, safe neighborhood. HUGE 2 bedroom apartment (haven't seen the 1 or 3 bedroom), the price is perfect and heat is included. We have a dishwasher (!!!) and garbage disposal, and our electric bill is super cheap. The floors are old and there are some spots you feel you may fall through; the walls are thin so sometimes you can hear the neighbors move their furniture around, but there is nothing major to complain about, all stuff you'd find... read more
