Lived there for 4 years and fixed more in my apartments than management ever did. Then when I leave the apartment in better condition than I came into it. They turn around and send me a bill to fix the bathroom surround they never fixed properly to begin with. Gotta love college slum lords, my landlord thanked me for cleaning up and fixing up my unit and told me that I could use him as a recommendation if needed. I was approved to move in and then they decided to deny me to move in. Due to lack of “credit history” which is a lie. I know it was due to having to service dogs. Even though they have service dogs there. I would say poor communication skills and management skills on their part. I’m a 23 year old college student with a very good credit score. But yet they will let 18 year old college students move in that have no credit. I only know this for a fact because I work across the street from them and are friends with a couple of ... read more

Good priced 1-2 bedroom apartments. Rebecca at Bieck Management is very helpful whenever there are issues. Good community, generally clean exterior.
