The people here are doing an incredible job especially when you consider what they're given. My mom has been there this past week and she said every person she came into contact with was pleasant and professional. Shout out to the great team on unit 31!

Compassionate, coordinated, and deeply supportive care. The Women’s Centre, morgue, testing and scanning areas, Catholic chapel and priesthood, chaplains, and the wider Royal Alexandra team showed real kindness, thoughtful planning, and genuine heart during a difficult time. Had a super traumatizing event from an ambulance that took me to this hospital in April 2016 and carried on at the hospital. The "non" care I received here was absolutely inhumane and it still makes me sick to think about to this day. I wish I could remember the names of the people whose humiliation and lack of care I will never forget as I would have reported them individually.
