Tom Horton in the royal Alex hospital been here a week the coffee is hot the way it used to be and the food seems fresher and hotter as well, big shout out to maryanne great service great coffee this lady honestly running circles around the other workers. promote this woman to go to all Tim Hortons in canada to re train workers and give her the power to weed out the slackers. bring Tim’s back to the way it used to be.

Ophthalmology department for surgery. Very organized unit.
3 am. Sitting waiting since 8pm with pain in the eye after getting piece of trash in it after cutting wood. Kipping eye closed to stop tears from pouring. Hope will make to work at 6.
