Truly excellent HVAC company! Professional through and through- from the initial consultation with the owner, Russell, to the installation crew (Dylan, Drew, Travis, Elijah [pretty sure I’m forgetting a couple great guys too!), to Kristi in their office they’ve never failed to kindly answer and address any/all questions and issues you might have. Derrick and Travis saved the day! My Mom’s heat stopped working on a Saturday evening. Called Royal Aire around 5pm. The guys showed up around 6pm, replaced a part and heat was up and running by 6:30. Thank you so much!
I have only good things to say about Royal Aire. They were the original installers for my house HVAC back in 2021 and have helped maintain the system since. They have proven to be honest and trustworthy - I don't ever have to question whether they're putting profit ahead of what's best for the customer. To date I've had Elijah, Darrick, and Drew out here for service/repair, and all of them have been knowledgeable and taken the time to communicate with me. Thanks, guys!
