On Tuesday, July 8th two Royal Aire employees came to my rescue to replace an air conditioner. They called ahead and announced themselves by wearing their Royal Aire uniforms. We elderly appreciate knowing who is coming into our homes. I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.

I had one of my head on the Mitsubishi fail to operate and called Royal Aire for repair. Darrick and Travis did a great job they replace the failed parts and cleaned both fans in the heads. They where quick and very courteous completing everything. Great service call for me. Thanks

Drew and Wayne performed maintenance on the A/C system. They were prompt, professional, kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job! I highly recommend Royal Aire.

At first glance I would've given Royal Aire 4 stars at least. We received a grant for an electric heat pump/a c system when our old oil broiler system failed. The installers were incredibly understanding of my daughters sensitivities to loud noise and a day job turned into two because of that. She is autistic and has cerebral palsy. Currently, my system is shutting off constantly because of too much water in the secondary drain pan. And while there is a lifetime warranty on the equipment, there was only a year on labor. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Elijah and another gentleman came out to my house around 11pm to resolve an issue with my central air unit. Very lucky to have such a responsive heating/air company in the area.
