Drew and Gavin were very polite and professional both times they came out. Drew explained to me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He kept me posted on the progress through the entire process. Great guys to talk too although Gavin was pretty quiet lol. If we ever have to have maintenance done on our heat pump please send these two to handle the issue. Great company to do business with.

Our AC stopped working. We called RoyalAire and they arrived within hours. We were back up and running within minutes. Thanks to Drew and Travis for a job well done. They were prompt, polite, and professional. I also want to give a shout out to Jordan and Dilyn who came out a few weeks ago and installed lines for our propane appliances. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after. They too were prompt, polite, and professional. Very happy with RoyalAire. We will definitely call them for any future needs.
