My wife and I got our mini splits from Royal Aire about a year and a half ago and they've been fantastic start to finish. When a line blew, they came out the same night and stayed until midnight making sure we were taken care of. I've called after hours plenty of times and Elijah answers every single time, no matter the hour. He genuinely cares, makes you feel welcome, and his whole team reflects it. Any future work, or anyone we know who's looking, Royal Aire gets the call. Thank you guys for everything!

Always professional and get the job done and responsive needed our radiator heaters flushed and needed a fill valve and pressure gauge and was done good and found out needed a new boiler and got a estimate back in a timely manner highly recommend

Had ductless mini split units put in an 100+ year old farmhouse ( beginning of May) already tested out cooling and heat lol, excellent crew of installers and had the job completed in 2 days! So very happy we chose Royal Aire and the warranty on Mitsubishi is excellent

We had a new hvac system installed this week. From the beginning estimate to the ease of financing to the quick availability of the system to the final install, every aspect was great. We were given different options for the product and it was all explained without the usual hard sell. We were approved for financing on a Tuesday and the system was available for installation on that Friday. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their product.
