Drew and Travis showed up to get my propane furnace running again before winter. Quality work and very professional. They explained what they were doing and how the system should operate while the cleaned it up and fixed the issue. Greatly appreciated the level of service they gave.
These guys are the best of the best. Highest service, process and installation standards I have seen. No doubt you'll find cheaper prices elsewhere, but may pay for it in the long run. I will keep coming back to Royal Aire every time. Thanks especially to my favorite technician Darrick, along with Gavin who is excellent as well, and Dylan who appears to be in training and did a great job today.
Elijah and another technician helped us out tremendously. They were able to come fix our propane furnace on a weekend. They came despite the fact we are an hour and a half away from the office. They figured out that it was actually the regulator that was the problem and by fixing it they also fixed a problem we were having with our tank-less hot water heater. I would highly recommend them.
Drew & Gavin were outstanding! Excellent costumer service.
