Dan, you are the best! Also, a very friendly and courteous person. Our air conditioner died in a 35°C, very humid, sunny day. A call was made to Royal, and within a few hours, Dan arrived and fixed the problem. Thank you. P.S. The air conditioner is working great now!

Had a great experience with Royal Air Conditioning and Heating. Dan was super professional, showed up on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained things clearly, did the work properly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need—which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in doing a good job. I’ll definitely be calling him again if anything comes up.

Had a problem with our AC over the last two days. Called Royal and the Dan called me back promptly. He asked me a few questions and advised a tech could be out early next week. Then he asked if I could check something on the AC unit. After a quick tutorial and a couple of tips, asked me to start up the AC, then call him back re the outcome. Drove over to 480 Huntingdon Dr, the gent asked if I brought my capacitor, he was going to test it for free! Well okay, I grabbed it from home and came back, confirmed it was toast, and bought a new one. After-hours, instant friendly response, and I'm sure the markup wasn't that bad. Two thumbs up.
