Honest, knowledgeable, ethical to a fault, good pricing, on time, emergency service is excellent, only fixes what needs fixing, a pleasure to do business with. They were the best price of well vetted companies when we replaced both a/c units yrs ago. I did my research on which model to buy. Royal offered the exact model I had picked. Always on time and they clean up after themselves that alone might not be saying much, but I have always been happy with their service
Aidan and crew did a fine job for us, very nice young man. System is very quiet and efficient, cooling down quickly. Tim bailed us out a few days before on the service van, he was very professional and got us in a good spot until we could get a replacement system. Thanks guys!
