Royal is our choice for maintance on our a/c. We have had them for many years and cannot say enough good things about their service, honesty and pricing.
Call due to A/C not working found a part was not working. Replaced part and it is working great. Fast response time and quick maintenance. The foreign part was under warranty however they prove to not be reliable. US made part was used a replacement. Had to pay as well as service call since our contract is for two maintenance calls per year. Great Job!
Very quick response. Excellent communication before, during, and after. Knowledgeable technicians who don’t talk down to you. Provided several options to solve my cooling issue. Will absolutely do business with them again.
The Royal AC team is amazing, per usual. We've been using them exclusively for 5 years since they installed our unit. Kaleb came to do a maintenance and thermostat install. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the thermostat we purchased from a third party. Royal AC was very kind about it and worked with us regarding the issue. Thank you Kaleb and Royal AC :)
This AC unit was installed last year while I was out of state. When I arrived in January, I immediately noticed the installation was poorly done. The unit is partially resting on concrete and partially on sand, which does not appear to meet Florida code or basic installation standards.
