This is what I can tell you. I was not at the house when the AC was installed. My wife of 40 years. When I came from work she could not stop from going on about how respectful, polite, and professional the Royal Air crew was. Over the years I have had many homes with all of the usual maintenance that goes on with keeping them up. I never heard her talk in such a flattering way.
