I had a good experience with this company. I have been having trouble with my air conditioner for nearly 3 weeks. I have had two other contractors to my home. One of them "repaired' my unit three separate times and each time the AC was not functioning by the next day. I scheduled an appointment with Royal AC and Heating . They came out and looked at my unit, got me approved for financing and installed the same day. I am loving this more permanent solution to my problem.
I am NOT pleased with Royal Air service,? I have had 2 problems and both time took 2 to 3 days ! This last one was 3 to 4 days in the heat of summer. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE MONDAY FOR SERVICE MAN TO COME OUT !!! I ASK COULD I CALL A LOCAL SERVICE COMPANY " THEY SAID SURE " mine you unite & installation is under a 10 year warranty. Temp 90° inside house with a disabled elder in home. Local service man fee was $225. weekend call. ROYAL AIR has NOT paid this bill . SO NO I DONT RECOMMEND ROYAL AIR.
This place is garbage. Bought a brand new carrier ac unit inside and outside. First install didn't work for 3 months and they couldn't figure it out until the last guy. Which said the AC and heater were fighting each other. Which my electric bill was over 700 for one month. Which they were supposed to reimburse me. Never happened. Yes he figured it out but almost caught my house on fire I seen sparks because he pulled live wires out which he fired the heating element and had to get that replace when winter came. Purchased a unit for 13.9k and then I get a text telling me the my inspection is past due!!! The funny part is I was told that if I paid them $360 plus I can get two inspections. As I told the young lady (That was only doing her job), I would rather pay any other company $500 than to ever give Royal AC another penny of my money!!! Worst Customer Service ever!!! Stay far away from This Company!!!
Terrible service,I would give 0 stars if I could.Was quoted a specific day for their services for my grandparents AC unit and the technician failed to even show up,no call or notice.I had to call to request another day because of their negligence in their employees.We are now on the SECOND no show.RIDICULOUS.DO NOT even waste your time with this so called company.
