I visited Dr. Roya Mansouri for a complication after cosmetic nasal surgery, hoping for clear guidance and support. Instead, I was sent for multiple tests and follow-ups without any explanation of costs or medical necessity. Have not heard back from Dr. Roya Mansouri since my visit on 8/28/24. She talked about putting me on 2 medication & I need to start them now!!!! It has been 5 days & NO contact from the office yet. Please get back to me so I can start on the medicationsh now!!!!
Dr. Mansouri is an excellent ENT surgeon who takes great care to thoughtfully answer questions.
Dr Mansouri was kind, professional, and put our minds at ease while we visited her for a consult and operation appointment for our infants tongue and lip tie. Our newborn was hungry mid appointment and Dr. Mansouri even left us so I could feed her for about 15 minutes. The operation was so fast and it was a relief to hear our newborn had a little tiny drop of blood after it. Dr. Mansouri was easy to talk to. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a tongue/lip tie fixed.
Have been trying to make an appointment for a month now. Reception tells us they're trying to get us scheduled and will call us back tomorrow. They never call back. We call back and they say they same thing again only to never call. Has been going on for weeks. If you can't make an appointment then just say that so that people don't waste weeks when they could be trying somewhere else to get the service they need.
