Roya did an amazing job on clearing up my acne, I love the products she provided me with. Also got great Botox. Her staff is great, Dr. Javid is fabulous and her office is lovely too!
Worst office ever and rude doctor. Office was about 40 degrees so very cold. Sent me to cold room to undress and waited for 30 minutes. Went out to desk and doctor not even there and not an emergency. She was just late. No toilet paper in bathroom. I left as they had no idea when she would be in. Stay away.
I had an unpleasant experience. When I asked to see the product seal before any procedure and the price , she became noticeably agitated and eventually asked me to leave her office. Specific Concerns about Lack of Politeness: Dr. Roya's lack of politeness was evident in her reaction to my simple request.
