I’ve gone searching for her after 6 years - she really treats you like a human being and communicates warmly. She works with you as a team and cares genuinely. She doesn’t stigmatize which is necessary when having a complex diagnosis that responds to medications in conjunction with each other - substance use disorder, ADHD, and Bipolar 1 disorder. It’s a delicate balance because untreated ADHD hyperactivity can present like Bipolar hypomania and SUD is often just periods of time self-medicating or being reckless in manic epi... read more

I was overjoyed to call the office on Tuesday morning and get an immediate appointment for my back spasm. Dr. Azadi was able to provide in office treatment and give me a follow-up prescription for muscle relaxers. I was in excruciating pain and was grateful to get some relief. Thank you, Dr. Azadi for helping get me through this painful injury.
