Roy helped my wife and I with the purchase of our home loan and couldn't have made it easier to understand. They helped us at every step of the purchasing process and was there for any questions we had. To be honest, all the team members were great! They were helpful, prompt, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. They also sent reminders on everything I needed! Roy took his time (after hours) to explain the process and helped when I was feeling lost. He definitely went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! I recommend them 100%. They’re super friendly!!
I can’t say enough good things about Claudia and her team. I found Claudia to be much more knowledgeable than any of the other loan people I had spoken to, so I knew she was the person who would get me the best loan. She not only did that, she was there for me every step of the way, guiding me answering questions and offering suggestions. Roy is an extremely talented lender and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through every step of the way as a new homeowner. Together we managed to pull off a 21-day escrow.
