Don’t lose your ticket it will cost you $103, even though the daily max was $15. The help button was no help. The lady was rude, and condescending. Considering it was a Saturday when I called the main contact number for Impark, I had to leave a message. I felt like I was held hostage and the ransom was $103. I am hoping they can still make this right. FYI this was at the Roy Thompson Hall Lot during the day on a Saturday when there were no events and the lot was almost empty.
Event price advertised as $15. Charged a higher rate despite it being shown on the website. Also, parking attendant only served to slow down the traffic
Easy parking. Can be slow to leave. Park near the exit 😉
Easy to navigate, especially getting to Roy Thomson Hall in time for the show.
