I have been seeing dr Roy for over 8 years and I still to this day wake up tired. They can’t seem to get me on the right path and I have almost lost my job because of my condition. I need help and I need them to fix it they are the doctors and should have the answers but do not. I feel I am only getting worse.

Terrible experience. Only telemedicine offered… the dr “examined” my daughters throat via webcam. Her sleep study has been scheduled for over a month and was supposed to happen tonight and we were told at 12 pm that they failed to send the pre certification to insurance thus our sleep study is cancelled.
