Very thorough, and pleasant.
I absolutely love Oak Street Health. They co-ordinate all of my medical issues, even providing transportation and contacting my insurance whenever a problem arises. Medical personnel and support staff are all very friendly and efficient. Also, they LISTEN to me and make sure they answer my questions clearly.
