This was my first visit to Dr.Hwang And it went very well. Dr.Hwang is going to do my back surgery and I am looking forward to it. Dr. Hwang is pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring. He is an excellent surgeon who always demonstrates kindness to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hwang!
Whatever you do, this is the worst medical practice I have ever been to in the 72 years of my life. The doctor is phony and his YouTube video does not reflect the true person that he is. He has no patient care skills and his PA Christopher Brim does not listen to you and calls in the wrong medication's. The office manager, Tamear does not return calls and covers up The mistakes made by the PA. This was my first visit and everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable including Dr. Hwang. It was obvious he had reviewed my MRI and his diagnosis centered on something other than what I expected but it made sense. He gave me options for treatment which I liked.
The entire staff was excellent! Dr. Hwang listened to my concerns, answered my questions and gave me several options. Going forward.
