Our drive through experience was horrendous. They asked for a pin on a $3 drink purchase which overwhelmed my driver causing him to slide forward then having to back up. I've never been asked for a pin number anywhere else on my debit card and it's not new. My driver had to open the SUV doors to be able to reach the pin pad. The employee didn't make it easy for us whatsoever, and the struggle my driver went through was embarrassing. I was charged soda price for a cup of water. the chicken was greasy and things just didnt taste as good as usual. Coffee was ok.
One of the best all-time customer service experience I have ever experienced 10 out of 10 in my book
