We purchased a new RV at Roy Robinson - that part worked great. Then we brought our RV in for several recalls and a few non-functioning parts. They had our RV for 3 weeks waiting for parts before we took it back (with no service completed). We had kept our RV mouse free for the year we've had it - stored carefully, peppermint inside and in engine. Until we left it with Roy Robinson.
