Matan is a full scammer, I rented a property from a previous landlord and matans company took over. They fully stole from my security deposit and said I didn’t clean the house when I got it properly cleaned. They used an excuse of a little bag in the cabinet as “not clean” without any notice they stole $250 out of my security deposit. Also I was not in the city and Matan took my property over without my permission and “ended my lease early” I was left without a house for 2 weeks and paid over 1400 at a hotel! This is the best property management company I've dealt with. They're not only fast but they insist on going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not particularly needy but every once in a while issues come up and instead of stalling or questioning they came out and not only fixed but improved the issue! And the best part is they will work around your schedule. 10 out of 5 stars.
