Matan manages a few our properties in Florida and we are very happy how he handles properties and tenants. Matan is always very supportive, promptly communicates and addresses issues. He always suggests the solutions which is very helpful and easier for us to make a decision.
Matan was my property manager for a year. While some issues were addressed, some were not taken care of. Windows and a glass door that were supposed to be installed sat in my living room in huge boxes for five months and it was embarrassing to have company. Matan would simply not respond the many times I asked him to rectify the issue. He also did not refund my full deposit as the building did not give me a place to dispose of my furniture.
