Steve Carlson and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and personable; they are the best at getting my prescriptions to me on time and with no hassle! I left my previous pharmacy for poor customer service and for too much hassle in getting my prescriptions and came to Roy Pharmacy and am so glad I did!

I ordered my meds in October, and was unable to pick them up until today (12/20) and was told they do not have my meds and I cannot get them without further approval from my doctor. When I ordered them in October, they were filled and on the shelf waiting for me to pick them up. I was told there were no refills left on my prescription (the October fill would have been my last), and that the prescription expired on Nov. 1.
