Horrible! He sold me a crap mower that he said was great. It has so many problems! We played phone tag. When I finally got to speak with him he wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong, told me he doesn’t buy mowers back and hung up on me. I called him immediately back and he did not answer! Very bad business ethics. Do not buy anything from him!!!!!
Needed parts for our older power washer. Very helpful clerk and even had the owner Roy greeted us and helped find the correct parts too.
Ordered a ignition coil off of them on ebay it said the item was NEW when it arrived it was wrapped in newspaper and you could clearly see it had been bolted on to a engine and wire connected to it. They will not respond to me or return my calls over a 50.00 part.
Merchandise (a gasoline engine) was received in damaged condition. Despite numerous attempts to contact seller, no reply was received. These attempts included multiple text messages, emails, telephone calls. I even offered to pay for the damaged parts; after receiving no response for several weeks, and out of the necessity to put the engine into service, I ordered the parts from another vendor. I would rate there after – sales service as poor.
