Merchandise (a gasoline engine) was received in damaged condition. Despite numerous attempts to contact seller, no reply was received. These attempts included multiple text messages, emails, telephone calls. I even offered to pay for the damaged parts; after receiving no response for several weeks, and out of the necessity to put the engine into service, I ordered the parts from another vendor. I would rate there after – sales service as poor.
Pretty sure its a scam. Try and email sales and says undeliverable. Website has a critical error.
They have great prices, quick delivery and have a service department so you can ask them questions about installation.
