Avoid this place small air filters sent in a plastic bag. 3 were crushed. Fourth filter damaged had an abraded area and would have trashed an engine. RPS offered to send 3 new filters??? Ebay thumped em. Getting a full refund.
Sadly we drove over to Albany to buy a carburetor for a basic Briggs and Stratton. I strongly suggest you call first. The owner didn't have a salesman to even look up parts and couldn't tell us if there would be one there the next day. We wasted a lot of time going here as we were sure he would have many. We were trying to shop local but ended up ordering from Amazon. He didn't even take us inside and try to look to see. Disappointing.
Horrible! He sold me a crap mower that he said was great. It has so many problems! We played phone tag. When I finally got to speak with him he wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong, told me he doesn’t buy mowers back and hung up on me. I called him immediately back and he did not answer! Very bad business ethics. Do not buy anything from him!!!!!
Needed parts for our older power washer. Very helpful clerk and even had the owner Roy greeted us and helped find the correct parts too.
Ordered a ignition coil off of them on ebay it said the item was NEW when it arrived it was wrapped in newspaper and you could clearly see it had been bolted on to a engine and wire connected to it. They will not respond to me or return my calls over a 50.00 part.
