This is by far the worst Ford dealership I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. I went to have my tires fixed had a nail in it. He say you have to go on line and make an appointment. I said I e been on line there is no section for tire repair. Then says I don’t know why that is I’m new here so I don’t know what to do
I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years because I liked my salesperson. (He has recently retired) However, the service department is another story. I took my car there on Tuesday because after putting air in my tire it still was losing air. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment they were unable to look at because they were booked and shorthanded. The only thing they offered was to put air in my tire. Luckily, I was able to make it to Russ Milne on Hall Road. They were more than happy to take a look ... read more
Service tech came to my house upgraded my computer on my 2017 Edge. Can’t ask for better service than that. Tech very friendly and completed my upgrade in know time. Thanks
