Absolute worst experience ever!! Tire had slow leak, scheduled appointment. Took over 2 hours for them to look at the tires. Nail to close to edge to patch so they had to order one. Had to drive on spare all week with two missing valve stem caps! AND A BRAND NEW DENT IN MY DOOR! I had to call to see if tire came in and sure enough it was there but the guy who wrote me up wasn't, makes me wonder if they were even going to call me. This is by far the worst Ford dealership I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. I went to have my tires fixed had a nail in it. He say you have to go on line and make an appointment. I said I e been on line there is no section for tire repair. Then says I don’t know why that is I’m new here so I don’t know what to do

I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years because I liked my salesperson. (He has recently retired) However, the service department is another story. I took my car there on Tuesday because after putting air in my tire it still was losing air. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment they were unable to look at because they were booked and shorthanded. The only thing they offered was to put air in my tire.
