Very nice and helpful. This was the first time seeing Doctor O'Neill that she went out of his way to take care of a prior authorization with insurance so that I could get the medication I needed.
I have chronic back pain and with the injection shots that I've been getting, multiple ablations. I'm hoping to feel better. Seeing Dr O'Neill has helped me tremendously, I thank him and all his staff member for being patient with me & understanding all around great care, every one from the front office, back office, medical assistants, nurses, all doctors make me feel very comfortable, I know I'm a difficult patient and I appreciate there kindness and empathy.
