If it wasn’t for Jackie for her excellent service and professional leadership, We would be on the side of the road with a flat right rear tire. Costco told us to get four new tires for a screw in the tire. We won’t be going to Costco never again. We be going to see Jackie for all of ours service.

Brought my truck in for a leaking rear window issue that was a GM bulletin, the service manager was able to do 75% coverage on the repair due to my truck being out of the kilometre warranty. After picking up my truck and the body shop doing the installment, I received my truck dirtier than I left it at the dealership, I understand the body shop can be dusty and dirty, but I believe that the customer should get the truck back in the same state with Lefton.
