I had a very pleasant experience , buying my vehicle. It’s very rare you get to meet the owner of the dealership, and have a down payment to earth conversation. My salesman Burleigh Lemon, was very courteous and professional. The finance Manager , JC made the buying process super easy and took no time to complete. I would recommend Roy Motors, to anyone looking for a vehicle.
The service department staff was pleasant and helpful. I arrived at 6:50a because the service hours online are listed as 7a-5:30p and the doors open right around the 7a timeframe. I appreciated the prompt acknowledgement of my presence. The timeliness of the service done on my vehicle was really good as well. The one thing I have a question, is it possible to see what is checked & completed on my vehicle on the mobile app for quick reference?
