I had a very pleasant experience , buying my vehicle. It’s very rare you get to meet the owner of the dealership, and have a down to earth conversation. My salesman Burleigh Lemon, was very courteous and professional. The finance Manager , JC made the buying process super easy and took no time to complete. I would recommend Roy Motors, to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I was referred to them when I broke down passing through to funeral home in Alexandria LA. My father passed so I was beside myself. Drove up and asked if can get help on what it is. Explain what was going on (not shifting) and instantly you need transmission. They loaned me there vehicle to go to funeral home and back.
