Disrespectful doctor.
Rude receptionist that answer the phone. Been a longtime patient and was discouraged by the receptionist who I informed I was pregnant and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist did not care she was still rude like it’s so hard to answer the phone I’m sure she didn’t need a degree for that. Because of her I will be changing doctors. I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a medical office. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Roy Medical Group for over a week now, calling more than 30 times, and not once has anyone answered the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call, there’s no response and no way to get help. For a medical group, this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for their patients. The worst doctors office I have ever BEEN too. Cockroaches on the floor during a papsmear The doctor was rushing, brought in the wrong paperwork which was extremely unprofessional. Pee stains on the toilet There phone systems ARE ALWAYS OFF You call and they say to call back during normal hours which is 9am-1pm It’s 10:39 am and you can’t reach them. This has happened more than once So tired of this
