I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a medical office. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Roy Medical Group for over a week now, calling more than 30 times, and not once has anyone answered the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call, there’s no response and no way to get help. For a medical group, this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for their patients. The worst doctors office I have ever BEEN too. Cockroaches on the floor during a papsmear The doctor was rushing, brought in the wrong paperwork which was extremely unprofessional. Pee stains on the toilet There phone systems ARE ALWAYS OFF You call and they say to call back during normal hours which is 9am-1pm It’s 10:39 am and you can’t reach them. Today I brought my son in for a doctor’s appointment, and the nurse practitioner was so Rude. She literally had the most horrible attitude and was very unprofessional. I will Not be bringing my son back to place! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! This place has such a negative energy and I should have left as soon as I walked in the door.
Suite F staff are SO RUDE. I overheard one of them say to the other employee “I’m so glad you speak Spanish because I get irritated” talking about a Spanish speaking lady who needed help. All I overheard them saying was really rude stuff behind the counter. Please speak to them and tell them that their actions have consequences.
