Tech came out for assessment, completely stumped. Told us to call his boss for a quote on what may not even be the issue, called for about 2 weeks straight and got a full voicemail or just no answer lol

I received Roy Lyons as a recommendation from a friend. I had two Heat Pumps completely replaced. Roy was competitive with the two other bidders, but didn't try to do the up-sale that I got from the others. Roy really wanted to understand what I wanted/needed. The replacement was scheduled, and the workmen arrived as scheduled and did the work.
