Roy Lyons hands down is the best HVAC in the valley.
I received Roy Lyons as a recommendation from a friend. I had two Heat Pumps completely replaced. Roy was competitive with the two other bidders, but didn't try to do the up-sale that I got from the others. Roy really wanted to understand what I wanted/needed. The replacement was scheduled, and the workmen arrived as scheduled and did the work. I called for an estimate, but they did not think I was worth their time. I therefore chose a different business.
An professional arrived to fix my heating system, but his work was subpar. He was unprofessional and did not complete the work correctly. I would not recommend hiring him.
The entire experience of the service was a disaster. In addition to being late, the technicians failed to communicate effectively and left the task incomplete. Despite their vow to return, they never did. It was upsetting to see the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I had to get someone else to correct their errors. Would not suggest it to anyone.
