Whatever you do, this is the worst medical practice I have ever been to in the 72 years of my life. The doctor is phony and his YouTube video does not reflect the true person that he is. He has no patient care skills and his PA Christopher Brim does not listen to you and calls in the wrong medication's. Dr Hwang did an amazing job with my surgery. I came in to the hospital in severe pain with loss of feeling on my left side. 2nd day post op, and I feel like nothing even happened! I feel back to before my pain began! Also, his staff, Nancy S. Did a great job completing my short term disability for my job. She did it in a timely manner and had great communication and quick return on messages. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs neurological intervention. Thank you all!
Dr Hwang is an excellent surgeon and a very caring man. I fell backwards and suffered an L1 compression fracture. The pain was unbearable. It has now been couple weeks after surgery and the pain is greatly reduced. After full healing I might even become pain free. Dr. Hwang has an excellent PA Jeffrey is a very caring and knowledgeable man. I am grateful that went to HCA Lake Monroe Hospital and that I ended up in the care of Dr Hwang. Edit: My back is healed and I am mostly pain free.
Dr Roy Hwang and his office are very cordial and professional the office visit was very quick which I do appreciate the people at the were also very respectful and professional I give his office a 5 star rating across the board!!!
