Very unprofessional I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for weeks and they constantly hang up on me Lady who picks up extremely rude I would look elsewhere. They haven’t even done any work for me. I can’t even talk to anyone for more than 10 seconds and they just hang up on me. Middle of the conversation. They must be extremely busy if they don’t need to work

I had an unsatisfactory, near-threatening experience with a Roy Houck Construction road crew Monday afternoon, 8/11/25. I stopped for a flagger at the intersection at which I would normally turn right to reach my home. She asked, “Where are you going?”. I told her I needed to turn right to go home. ‘You can’t go that way!” she said. “I live down there. How am I going to get home?” I asked. “I don’t know when they’ll be done,” she answered. This company has crews that Does things that are not very smart. The company does not want to take responsibility for the ignorance instead they try to make your life even harder after they already messed up. 3 guys decided to move vehicles without knocking on doors or leaving a note or even trying to find out who the owner was. Company thinks it’s cool to stop people for 15-20 minutes on back hill roads, and not put a sign at the top of the road saying construction, expect long waits…….
