I had an unsatisfactory, near-threatening experience with a Roy Houck Construction road crew Monday afternoon, 8/11/25. I stopped for a flagger at the intersection at which I would normally turn right to reach my home. She asked, “Where are you going?”. This company has crews that Does things that are not very smart. The company does not want to take responsibility for the ignorance instead they try to make your life even harder after they already messed up. 3 guys decided to move vehicles without knocking on doors or leaving a note or even trying to find out who the owner was. The cars that they moved were broken on. However, the weary's cars were part were within the 20 foot easement. Company thinks it’s cool to stop people for 15-20 minutes on back hill roads, and not put a sign at the top of the road saying construction, expect long waits…….
