Dr. Libel is very forgetful. He's met with me several times and still thinks that I'm a new patient every time that he meets with me. he has told me twice now that he's going to have his nurse call and set up a procedure appointment for me. However, nothing has come of that. I had to call and leave another voicemail for his nurse trying to get her to call me back so that I can make the appointment for the procedure myself...
