My husband went in Tuesday for an MRI he had to call today for the dr to call him back with the results now Friday. He has a torn acl and made him call the referral number to make an appointment to see the specialist which they never called back. I called the Adventist health general line and they informed us that it is the primary drs job to get him in to see the specialist and help the patient out since he can’t even walk right now. Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor! He is knowledgeable, professional, and very caring! He truly cares about his patients health and well-being. When I have medical visits with him he is very thorough. Dr. Chan answers all my questions with details and helps me understand. He spends time with his patients, never rushing, and that means a lot. I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for about 4 years. His staff is wonderful and caring. I don't want to go anywhere else. I am glad we have him here in Tulare.
Dr. Chan is extremely thorough in his care. He takes the time to listen at each concern. He’s kind and seems to truly care about his patients.
Goodness there is a Big sign hanging in front of Doctor business, saying Dr Roy Chan, is accepting new patiences. I have been trying to get through and left messages and no one calls me back. I must move forward and look for another physician and people that answer their phones and take it seriously that you need to see the doctor. Note: why even put a big sign up that this doctors accepting new patients when it's false advertisement??
