Yea I had him for years and every time I went to see him he’d always create more problems for me and I was on steady medication‘s. I’ve been on for many many many many years and then this guy all of a sudden creates problems and then says that I am a danger to myself and then blacklisted me through his physicians network Adventist Health this is not a guy you wanna go to he is a problem I think this is how he weeds out his patience. I changed from Visalia Medical Clinic to Dr. Chan, and it was a great decision for my health. When I talk to him, it seems like he cares more about my health than I do. A top notch person and doctor.
My husband went in Tuesday for an MRI he had to call today for the dr to call him back with the results now Friday. He has a torn acl and made him call the referral number to make an appointment to see the specialist which they never called back. I called the Adventist health general line and they informed us that it is the primary drs job to get him in to see the specialist and help the patient out since he can’t even walk right now. Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor! He is knowledgeable, professional, and very caring! He truly cares about his patients health and well-being. When I have medical visits with him he is very thorough. Dr. Chan answers all my questions with details and helps me understand. He spends time with his patients, never rushing, and that means a lot. I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for about 4 years. His staff is wonderful and caring. I don't want to go anywhere else. I am glad we have him here in Tulare.
Dr. Chan is extremely thorough in his care. He takes the time to listen at each concern. He’s kind and seems to truly care about his patients.
