The doctor was nice and quite self effacing. He forgot that he had reviewed my blood test results with me and named a different pcp then the one I've had for 20 years. Overall he was kind and his bedside manner was very good. His staff were unable to draw blood and then told me to go to the lab to have it drawn. I asked why a different nurse couldn't draw it and was told they "didn't have time- we need this room for another patient!" The rudest staff I have ever experienced!
Doctor Bankhead is my mother urologist for several years. He has always been so caring, swift and efficiet. We are so thankful to have such a competent Dr that cares about his patients pain. Thanks, Dr Bankhead
Well I was the last patient in his Bethany office & I could hear him tell his nurse " oh no not one more!! " it made me feel weird when he came in I really didn't want to be there , so he obviously doesn't need any more patients added to his schedule!!!!!
