The food was excellent! We ordered five tacos with beef and chicken, a burrito and a horchata to drink. The tacos were incredibly delicious, fresh and full of flavor. The burrito was just as tasty and perfectly prepared. The horchata was refreshing and delicious. On top of that, the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place 100% and I will absolutely be coming back again!!!
I almost drove by when I saw the forlorn liquor store parking lot where Roxy's Taco Truck resides. I decided to try it anyway based on the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The tostadas I enjoyed were fresh, flavorful, creamy and crunchy. They take pride in their wide rotating selection of fresh aguas, going beyond the typical horchata and jamaica to include melon, soursop, passion fruit and more.
