I almost drove by when I saw the forlorn liquor store parking lot where Roxy's Taco Truck resides. I decided to try it anyway based on the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The tostadas I enjoyed were fresh, flavorful, creamy and crunchy. They take pride in their wide rotating selection of fresh aguas, going beyond the typical horchata and jamaica to include melon, soursop, passion fruit and more. Absolutely loved this food truck! The food was delicious full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were super reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!
