I have not had a hair appt since my previous beautician retired in November 2021 and was referred to Roxy because she is a perm specialist and with extremely long hair it’s hard to find anyone that will touch it. So my excitement turned into disappointment when my appt was cancelled while I was literally getting ready to walk into the salon. She did offer to reschedule but with my work schedule being so crazy, it was a once in a lifetime shot that I was even able to schedule this appt.
