As a longtime customer, it has been disappointing to see this location become so neglected. At first it was little things like the neon lighting that was never fixed, but now has gradually progressed into hygiene issues such as unclean tables with food and sauce to sticky floors and dirty windows. Today's visit was especially bad. Such a shame because the food is as good as ever, but I find it hard to have a meal in their dining room.
Outstanding, exceptional service from Sam! He is hands down one of the best cashiers I have ever interacted with. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. His positive attitude and excellent customer service skills made my entire experience better :)
