Quality Service is horrible
Wonderful, friendly and helpful service. Like this place a lot.
Cheaply made jewelry and they do not care about customers. We have bought 4 pieces of jewelry from them, 3 of which broke. One piece was a bracelet that I wore for 4 days, then it fell off my wrist randomly (it did not snag on anything). They wanted to charge us almost half of what we spent on a pair of earrings to repair them, the other pieces would need to be "sent out" for repair pricing. They were great! Thank you for taking time to show me a few items two days in a row before I decided to make a decision.
My husband and I purchase an engagement ring from Roxy herself. Maybe about 2 - 3 months later it felt like the prongs were not right because I felt a snag on the ring. Mind you, I take it off as soon as I get home from work. I dont cook, clean, shower or sleep with the ring. I love my ring and wanted to take good care of it. When I took it back to her, she wanted to charge us over $150 to send away for repairs. We didn't think it was good business so we took it elsewhere. We will not be going back to Roxy's that's for sure.
