i can't say enough good things about Roxy’s jewelry The staff were incredibly polite from the moment I walked in the door. They listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect piece without any pressure. The level of service was outstanding, and their selection is beautiful. I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for quality jewelry and a fantastic experience.

Cheaply made jewelry and they do not care about customers. We have bought 4 pieces of jewelry from them, 3 of which broke. One piece was a bracelet that I wore for 4 days, then it fell off my wrist randomly (it did not snag on anything). They wanted to charge us almost half of what we spent on a pair of earrings to repair them, the other pieces would need to be "sent out" for repair pricing.
