My husband and I purchase an engagement ring from Roxy herself. Maybe about 2 - 3 months later it felt like the prongs were not right because I felt a snag on the ring. Mind you, I take it off as soon as I get home from work. I dont cook, clean, shower or sleep with the ring. I love my ring and wanted to take good care of it. When I took it back to her, she wanted to charge us over $150 to send away for repairs. We didn't think it was good business so we took it elsewhere. We will not be going back to Roxy's that's for sure.

Unfortunately after 2 months the whole centerpiece of my ring has fallen out somewhere and I cannot find it and unlike many other jewelers, this is how they get their customers. Pay big money for things supposed to last and we don’t realize until it’s too late that it’s cheaply made

Has Roxy’s closed down? I took jewelry in for repair only to find all locked up and store next told me they closed up….. well just last week I gave 3 rings so????

Just solely on the customer service alone, I would say, five stars. Roxy personally helped us find our dream wedding rings, and gave us the best price for the best quality rings. Completely outdid the big brand names like Kays. Would highly recommend!

Don’t shop here! Waste of money! Bad service & liars. Paid $500 for earrings, walked out the door, opened the box and noticed they were bent & cheap looking without the store lights to make them shine (not even worth $200)! Go in and ask to exchange them for something else. All 8 earrings I looked at were broke or bent. Ask for my money back she tells me no only exchange. She never once said that all sales were final.
