Cada vez que voy a Roxy Salon, las instalaciones están impecables y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Esta vez me atendió John, un barbero increíble y muy entusiasta. Desde que comenzó el corte hasta que terminó, ni siquiera sentí el tiempo pasar porque tuvimos pláticas interesantes y amenas. Además, al llegar, Roxy me recibió con una atención única y un entusiasmo que realmente se siente. 100% recomendado.
The reason for one star is because I couldn’t post this review with zero stars. Went in for a wash, haircut & blow dry. Was my hair washed - NOPE!!! Stylist used a spray bottle to wet my hair. That should’ve been my queue to walk!! When my stylist, Lisette, showed me what the back of my hair looked like I was horrified! I didn’t ask for anything that a stylist right out of beauty school wouldn’t know how to do. Long layers and an 1 1/2” inches off the length. That’s it.
