I called them to place new windows in my apartment building. Two men showed up said they can’t do the work and just left, without and explanation too. Very disappointed and DO NOT recommend them at all!

Had 5 window-glass replacements, was poorly installed, wouldn't fit seamlessly to allow adhering trims, and the trims had to be glued on the corners with lumps of caulking - so ugly. One piece of trim fell off already within 2 months of glass replacement. I had also ordered 3 sets of windows. As result of poor glass replacement job, I chose to eat the windows cost and did not have them install the windows.
Roxy glass sent one of their employees to inspect the work, provide a proposal and plan the work. We accepted their proposal. When time to install arrived the workers arrived on time but, claimed that they can't install the glass because it is much too complex then what they were expected. They left without doing the work. Few days later a new proposal arrived, it was by far more expensive. I did not agree to pay the new proposed price. Another company did the job and charged us 30% less😩
