From my experience as a consumer, the business lacks organization, reliability, good judgment, empathy and quality workmanship. It is unfortunate that the florist who did the custom job and the owner blamed everything, except owning the fact that I paid too much money for a substandard job. Now I have to pay another florist to redo one large spray and purchase 2 heavy duty easels in the appropriate size.
