Super disappointed with what this rehab has become.Their intake advisor blatantly lied over the phone about length of treatment.My counselor,a 24 yr.old with no prior experience with addiction or recovery,taught group like she was teaching a kindergarten class.Upon arrival,the staff lost my anti-fungal medicine and my brand new phone charger.The climate controls did not work in my room my entire time there,even though I was told " The work order is in".It was 81°-83° in my room every night.
