My husband and I lived here from September 2021-March 2024, we had a great time! No issues, the front office was really nice, was sad when Sadie left but Jamie is really nice! We enjoyed taking our dog to the front office to pay rent! Maintenance men were really cool and fixed issues right away! Even helped me change my tire when it went flat! It was such a great starter apartment for my husband and I!!
I was denied at Roxbury saying poor rental history, but I rented from one person for 7 years here in PA and that landlord told us we had to move that she sold the place and found out she died a year later this year. So I couldn't have her back me up on rental history. But because asking us to move within 14 days and not enough time to look, my kids and me went to shelter and the shelter had some guy come by and ask me if i wanted the place.
