I was call in for a appointment stating i was approve for housing there. When i got there on 2/21/16 someone name gwelyn was very rude agave me the lease to sign and then took the lease from me and said i didnt qualify. I tryed to get my information and she grab my had frocefuly and told me to leave. Very unprofessional. This person need to be reported to their regional office.
Being here a while now so far I luv the location, play ground can use more play equipment for the children's but other than that it's all good
I love living in Roxbury Estates. The community is quiet and the homes are nice. The management & maintenance team are also very nice & helpful.
