I had to go here for a drug evaluation , I did not have active insurance at the time. To be in good standing with my PO I had to pay out of pocket 250 with cash 150 and 100 on a card, which i did at the very beggining of the appointment . 3 months later I get a bill in the mail which said I paid only 100/250 which is a total fabrication. I couldn't even have the evaluation without paying in full due to not having insurance . Some shady stuff.

Someone I truly love was admitted here, she was subject to poor service, poor sanitation, and very poor group time. They are trying to hold her under a 302 FOR NO REASON. She is NOT harmful to herself nor is she harmful to others. I called to address this concern and when I was not given any information I threatened legal action and was hung up on. This place has been reported to the better business bureau and I may be taking legal action

I can’t say enough good things about the treatment I received here. The counselors are caring and compassionate and only want you to succeed!

I would've gave it a zero. The director there is just out for the money doesn't care about your situation and doesn't even follow the rule book. I wish the county would look into this place for fraud. Then they respond with a link that goes no where. I was a patient if someone wanted to know what's going on they have my info.
