RecommendedI can’t say enough about this place. Such caring and knowledgeable vets❤️🐰❤️ We needed someone who has experience with farm animals, and we are so happy that we found you! The best part is, that I never feel ripped off, after a service is provided, and a vet is available for emergencies, regardless of the time of day.
Very caring, knowledgeable vets! Dr. Carlson came out at 4:30 AM to put my horse down. Dr. Miller saved my daughter's dog's life! I highly recommend them.
All the doctors are just wonderful, we had been with Dr. Carlson back when he practiced in New Milford, and then we followed with Dr. Elwell in Roxbury. Now the two of them are together in one location along with Dr. Timm and Dr. Miller. Its a wonderful group. They make barn/house calls which is amazing. 2 years ago when we needed to put our shepard down on a Saturday, we didnt want to bring him into the clinic, we wanted him to pass at home where he was comfortable. Roxbury animal clinic is amazing. thry have followed us through the life of quite a few pets and always treated us like family. they are affordable and worked with me when i had vet bills i didn't expect. i have seen each doctor and staffer and never been unhappy.
Roxbury Animal clinic personnel are always so pleasant and kind. They take the time to listen to what is going on. You Never feel rushed. I recently had to put down my 15 year old Black Lab. The staff was very caring. They sent a sympathy Card sign by the staff. That was so special to me.

Outstanding veterinary practice. I am relatively new to the area and take all of my animals there (2 pit bull mixes, a lab mix and 2 cats). I have never felt uncomfortable bringing in my adopted pit bulls (I can not say the same about all other veterinary practices), my dogs are treated the same as fancy purebreds and that means a lot to me. Beautiful kind hearted people. Love this vet clinic. My kitties have no fear going there! I reccomend them to everyone. Treated my mini horses, goats and kitties. Cannot say enough good about them.
So happy to have such a great place we can trust to take care of our pets. We are usually lucky enough for just regular visits but our cat recently was not doing well and Dr. Carlson not only helped us get her back on track but was mindful of our time and money during the process. Honestly Roxbury is so much better than all the usual "Vets" offices out there it isn't even close!
