Had a great smoothie. Fast service.
I love Roxberry and have been going there for years. I was just disappointed with the quality of smoothie I’ve gotten at this location the last few times. My smoothie today was very liquidy and full of so many fruit chunks at the bottom. A little disappointing, because I know that Roxberry smoothies are normally really good!
The liquid I got today was pretty disappointing. Was hoping for a Lean Machine smoothie. Got a mean mess. Not tipping, because I've seen you and knew this was how it was going to go. Miss the dude that used to work here.
This roxberry is the worst of them all. This older lady treated me like I was incompetent. I asked for extra thick and she complained about it using to much ingredients and that she should be charging me more when it's literally a free option! She also said it's not gonna be as thick as you want it with an attitude saying it's a smoothie not a shake! Like hello im at a smoothie place?! Idk who chose to hire her but they made a mistake. She was so rude. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this location.
Mika and Malia are the BEST servers I’ve ever had and they need a raise ASAP or a manger position, and the smoothie they made is tots to die for
