Never been disappointed in Roxberry before, I love the Blood Cleanse smoothie with ginger. But this was the chunkiest smoothie I've ever gotten. My husband's Lean Machine was bland, but had some spots in it with more flavor than other spots. They must have bad blenders here.

Wish I could give zero stars, went in after a long hike excited for a cool smoothie. I get the same thing everytime - 32oz OMG creamsicle w/ whey protein powder. When I got my smoothie I tasted it and it was horrible! Extremely bitter absolutely disgusting, I had my fiance try it to see if my taste was just off today, and he spit it out. So we went back to have them remake it, got the second smoothie and it's not as bad but still disgusting and it's not even a smoothie, it's gross juice. Least favorite location. Their ratios are all off and my bowl is all granola, no peanut butter at all for the Dominator bowl! Blueberries with stems still on them. And the longest lines ever. Staff don’t seem to care at all. And apparently the high five shot is powder 🤷♀️ seems recipes vary by store. After reading other similar comments I’m shocked this hasn’t improved.
Ordered a smoothie and açaí bowl online at 2:20, the pick up time said 2:40, forgot a sandwich so I made another order which said it would be ready by 2:44. I showed up at 2:35 since I was in a hurry, and l let them know I had a mobile order, and then they proceeded to make every drive through order before making mine.
