Hours say close at 9pm. Pulled in at 8:50 and the two employees working ran and hid in the back of the store and wouldn’t serve me.
I had a great experience at Roxberry! I ordered through the drive-thru, and the service was fast and efficient. I got an açaí bowl, and it tasted fresh and delicious. The customer service was also excellent — friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this location! 🥣
Absolutely love the smoothies, but the drive thru is always SO slow. There have been many times I have left the waiting line because the wait seems endless. Maybe they need another system? Or hire more people?
Waited almost 20 min for a smoothie, only customer in the drive through. Once handed to me the employee said so sorry we thought someone handed it to you
The young lady talked as if she was forced to be there. The bowls were delicious. The drive thru window/area was extremely dirty, making the place unappealing. So it was a mix of good and bad. The bad can definitely improve.
