Staff was very nice and got our drink quickly
Got a smoothie and it tasted like rotton fruit. I told the worker and he said "Hold on one sec", went to the back, then continued to work without offering us a replacement. Super disappointing considering they're like $8 a pop. Won't be returning.
Hours say close at 9pm. Pulled in at 8:50 and the two employees working ran and hid in the back of the store and wouldn’t serve me.
I had a great experience at Roxberry! I ordered through the drive-thru, and the service was fast and efficient. I got an açaí bowl, and it tasted fresh and delicious. The customer service was also excellent — friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this location! 🥣
Absolutely love the smoothies, but the drive thru is always SO slow. There have been many times I have left the waiting line because the wait seems endless. Maybe they need another system? Or hire more people?
