My mother and I listed her home with Roxann. Things felt like they were going okay until we realized Roxann was never planning on conducting Open Houses. We overlooked the cell phone pictures being used at first on our listing. We just discovered the wrong square footage was posted too. We counted many Open Houses this weekend and didn't find our home listed. We asked Roxann to start the Open Houses. If we could give zero stars we would. Roxann is a greedy, unethical realtor and broker. She has only her best interest in mind. Whatever you do, don't sell your home through her, she will use pressure and scare tactics to push you info a sale that you will regret. She had great presentation when meeting to get the listing and from there it goes downhill quick. She does push her own vendors on you and I believe she gets a kickback somewhere along the way. Worst experience with a realtor ever! Roxann is a condescending smart mouth witch!! She is only about getting your contract. Did not even show up for the closing, but Sent her secretary to pick up the check!! And lies lies lies and more lies!
Its amazing to me how blindly unkind people can be. I was unaware of such profound displeasure in person so its sad where people choose to write unpleasant things. I believe a family member was in hospital when the client knew I could not attend closing. I have one of the strongest reputations for direct honesty in the challenges faced in real estate marketing.
